Greetings, surface dweller! Welcome to the DevilDelve ARPG website, home to the Delvers! The term 'Delver' covers the main six species, all coordinating with a particular sin. These are the wrathful Gashymanders, the gluttonous Myrigas, the slothful Baryrunes, the greedy Probyscubi, the envious Nisyph, and the lustful Echidmyras. The sin of pride lacks a species, having Lucifer as its one and only Delver under it. Delvers are/were the main residents of Hell, up until a flash freeze rendered it unlivable. Delvers collectively cannot thrive in cold conditions, so those that did not dig and escape upwards were frozen and encased in a brimstone shell, stuck in an indefinite hibernation.

The Delvers that made it, however, found that the journey left them weaker than they'd expected. In natural and direct light, they're forced to take on a much more compact form to preserve energy, only able to return to their true forms under the cover of darkness. Despite this, many Delvers are taking to surface life quite well, recruiting those who live above ground to help rescue their companions from the freezing depths. This website serves as a masterlist of existing Delvers and the traits they can have. The game is mainly on discord, this site just serves as a fancier way to keep track of existing characters, items, and traits, all for ease of convinience. DevilDelve is inspired by Yokai Watch Shadowside, Digimon, Strudel Cafe and Mortasheen!
